Content Marketing is using great content to communicate, delight, entertain, and inform your customers and potential customers. Great content gives your customers something they want without interruptive or pushy ads. It engages them and causes them to come back for more. Text, images and video are all part of your content.
Your content should not be about your particular product all the time. A blog entry isn't a sales pitch. It can and should include things that your target audience are interested in. Things they want more information or insights about. When your do this right you create trust and authority for your company.
